South Central Family Health Center (SCFHC), a non-profit community health clinic, serving inter-city Los Angeles for over 35 years, seeks to hire Dentists for its busy comprehensive dental clinics.
FUNCTION : The Dentist or functions as the clinical leader for the oral health program. Providing clinical oversight and direction to all dental services, including primary, secondary and preventative dental care, and related functional areas. Ensuring that the mission and goals of the organization are realized through the professional and effective delivery of oral health services.
JOB SUMMARY : To provide comprehensive and appropriate dental care and treatment to adult and children in accordance to the protocols, policies and procedures, and mission and values of South Central Family Health Center.
QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of ADA approved dental school with DDS or DMD degree; Current, unrestricted California Dental License; current DEA; current BLS; Minimum 1 year in a community clinic FQHC environment, preferred. Minimum 3 year working practice experience. Knowledge of Next-Gen EMR preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred.
SKILLS: Must be comfortable in delivering dental care in all areas of General Dentistry, including but not limited to: Restorations, Hygiene, Extractions, Root Canals, Dentures, Crowns.
SALARY: Commensurate with experience. Full benefits, including. medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 403b, CME reimbursement.
